A BRANDED CONTENT EXPERIENCE WITH THE USER
What goes on in Always Group when a client relies on us to develop a project?
The challenge that Iberdrola presented us was a recognition program to some of their internal clients, consisting in inviting them to run New York City’s Marathon.
Apparently, a project that was not too complicated: flights management, accommodation, reserving places for the race and some event coordination. We had to look for the best options and these should be focused on the corporate values of the company. However, in Always we asked ourselves, how can we surpass our client’s expectations? And how doing it in an attractive, efficient, generating value and being profitable? Then is when Always’ laboratory started to work.
The result, we provided Iberdrola’s clients a personal online trainer, we created an application for them, where they could access to their personal training plans and results, that were synchronized with their cell phones. To conclude, a personalised and continuous following to all of Iberdrola’s clients, a new experience, generating content and technologically adapted to the project’s needs. A solutions that went further to what our client was originally asking us, but that turned to be a vital experience that change the life of all Iberdrola’s Marathon Experience users.
